As part of ongoing efforts to enhance access to health and social services, the Eastern York Region North Durham Ontario Health Team, Northern York South Simcoe Ontario Health Team, and Western York Region Ontario Health Team have launched a new website: accesshealthandsupports.ca.
Through this website, community members can get in touch with organizations dedicated to helping people find and connect with the right health and social services for their needs in York Region, South Simcoe and Uxbridge.
Whether community members are looking for caregiver supports, mental health and addiction services, a food bank or other supports in their community, navigation organizations will connect callers with the appropriate services in as few steps as possible.
